Our scope of work includes sheetmetal ductwork, process piping, ventilation, computer rooms. environmental systems, design build systems, and complete heating and air conditioning repair services.
       Our capabilities of computer estimating of both sheetmetal and piping projects, gives our customers a down to earth figure on actual construction costs.
On our design-build projects, our engineer, oversees both the fabrication and erection of these projects. All work is presently covered by a $5,000,000.00 insurance policy, and all workers are covered by workmen's compensation.
       Our service department is fully factory trained and "NATE" certified on most commercial equipment. Some manufacturers are Amana, Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Liebert, York, Comfortmaker, Mammoth, and Dunham Bush. All control work either pneumatic or electrical, and all refrigeration work from ice machines to 150 ton chillers fall within our scope of service.
       In short, we believe that although we are not the largest mechanical contractor in the Chicagoland area or in Northwest Indiana, we can and will satisfy all your mechanical needs. From design build to service on new equipment or your existing equipment.
